The Beachside Retreat is a one bedroom home.  It is furnished with a queen-sized bed, two end tables, a lamp, a nine-drawer chest of drawers,  pictures on walls and a closet.

A reservation fee of $100 is required to reserve each and any week. 

An additional $500 is due at the time of check-in.   If you wish to bring pets please check with manager.  Pet fee is approximately $70.
